League: Collegiate Baseball

History: Dallas Baptist University is the only D-II member to compete in D-I baseball. The program was founded in 1970, but didn't move to D-I until 2004. Since then the Patriots have competed as an Independent program (2004-2012), and as a member of the Western Athletic Conference (2013), the Missouri Valley Conference (2014-2022), and beginning in 2023 as a member of Conference USA. The Patriots have made 11 NCAA Tournament appearances since beginning D-I play, with three regular season conference championships and four conference tournament championships. DBU Baseball plays home games at Horner Ballpark in Dallas, TX.
